It was just a commendable fit for a speedy visit in Tokyo with very good value for money. The staff were super polite and helpful, making everything easy and pleasant. Be prepared for a small room, but it's functional enough for a short stay.

our stay at sotetsu fresa inn was fantastic! the hotel is very close to kayabacho station, making it super easy to get around. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, and the staff was incredibly helpful with our baggage transfer to the airport. the coin laundry was a lifesaver too, as we could keep our clothes fresh during our 10-night stay.

The room was small but really clean and functional, which is pretty standard for Tokyo. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Even with limited space, we had all the essentials and the bathroom was decent. The included breakfast was tasty and a nice perk. Staff were generally nice too! Just a heads-up, if you lose your key card, they hit you with a hefty charge, which felt a tad stingy.
